Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Go Technology Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through the GoOps website. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. Information we collect
When you request an Operations Assessment through our contact form, we collect:
- your name, company, email address and phone number;
- your industry segment, approximate employee count and monthly operational volume;
- your description of your main operational challenge; and
- optionally, the transport, warehouse or business systems you currently use.
We also record the date and time of your enquiry. Your IP address is used briefly to protect the form from spam and abuse (for example, limiting repeated submissions) and is not stored with your enquiry. Please don't include confidential customer or operational data in the form.
You don't have to give us your details, but if you don't, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for an Operations Assessment, and communicate with you about GoOps services. We do not sell your personal information.
3. No external AI processing
Information submitted through this website is not sent to external AI models or AI services. The workflow demonstrations and capacity calculator on this site run in your browser using fictional sample data.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and to deliver the website. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy to describe it before it is used.
5. Disclosure
We only disclose personal information to service providers who help us operate the website and our business, such as our website hosting provider (Vercel), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
6. Overseas storage
Our service providers, including Vercel, may process or store information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
7. Security, storage and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Access is limited to authorised staff and providers, and information is transmitted over encrypted connections. We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and then securely delete or de-identify it.
8. Access and correction
You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. We will respond within a reasonable time. Email us at team@gotechnologysolutions.com.au.
9. Marketing
If we send you information about GoOps, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option in our message or by contacting us. We will act on your request promptly.
10. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
